They initially visited us to ensure the training area was suitable and then deliverd a no-nonsense course, which was relevant, practical and a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Although I had already passed my National Certificate for Personal Licence Holders I still sat on the course and all I could keep thinking was - "Why wasnt my course as well delivered as this??"
